Forge & Fabric provides custom screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and other custom apparel services. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including product specifications, artwork files, and payment details. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm its details and estimated delivery time. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the total price of your order.
Payment
All payments are due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our Site. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

Changes to Orders

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
We ship orders within the United States and Canada (or specify regions). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders unless there is a defect or error caused by Forge & Fabric. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photographs and details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Forge & Fabric or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our express written permission.
8. User Content and Artwork
When you submit artwork or designs for custom orders, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting artwork, you grant Forge & Fabric a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the submitted artwork or have obtained necessary permissions and that your artwork does not infringe upon any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Forge & Fabric harmless from any claims related to your artwork.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge & Fabric shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or error-free.
11. Termination
